Return Conditions

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Process

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@summeraccess.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your item.
